Ever since education institutions were closed on 18th March, guild activities have come to a standstill for a while. However, the term in leadership is not on a halt and so many students governments have thought of how better to continue with their promises.

On 15th May 2020, Islamic University In Uganda Females Campus- Kabojja guild cabinet held its first online meeting to discuss each department’s work plans.

The meeting that started at 2pm had more than 12 participants representing their ministries and suggesting what they are to concentrate on in their term of office amidst closure of educational institutions.
Each guild minister was requested to avail their work plans to enable the government procure all necessities in their term of office.
Among plans included improving on campus WiFi, evaluate the impact of ICT telecommunications and cyber security at the campus, creating awareness of the University rules and regulations, provide legal advice, improving on campus hygiene, help Somali students in copying up with others in language understanding, conduct symposiums about the girl-child rights among others.

The Guild President H.E Nantongo Bashira also requested ministers to draft their work plans and submit them to General Secretary Hon. Mutuwa Sandra in a shortest time.
